Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original Mila-fashionIL tags attached in their original packaging.

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items and include your original invoice inside the parcel to ensure a smooth identification process at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
